Our Goal

Our goal is to disrupt the chicken-and-egg problem for junior developers by creating a hub for learning, teaching, and sharing ideas, guided by domain experts and program mentors showcasing best practices.

What to Expect When Joining OrgOps?

As a junior developer | After starting your OrgOps journey, you'll join a team of enthusiastic learners. OrgOps simulates a company structure, guiding you to become both "book smart" and "street smart," while giving you the practical tools every developer needs from day one. It's a hub where making mistakes is part of the learning process, helping you grow along the way.

Topics We Cover

At OrgOps, we cover essential data engineering fundamentals like database design, ETL pipelines, and cloud infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. We guide you through ML engineering workflows—model development, CI/CD pipelines, serving, and monitoring. You’ll learn core data science principles—Python tooling, feature engineering, and key ML algorithms. We also dive into security and identity management best practices for secrets, networking, and authentication. Finally, we share collaboration tips—version control, documentation, post-mortems, and mentorship—to support your growth as an ML/Data Engineer.

Software Development Is a Ritual

We believe that to excel, you need not only hard work but also consistency. OrgOps will provide a schedule of your teams' daily, weekly, and monthly rituals, proven to help juniors grow into seniors. Additionally, you'll collaborate with your team, delivering a product as part of an ongoing sprint, with guidance from top talents in the field.
