As a junior developer | After passing the interview process, you'll join a team of enthusiastic learners. OrgOps simulates a company structure, guiding you to become both "book smart" and "street smart," while giving you the practical tools every developer needs from day one. It's a hub where making mistakes is part of the learning process, helping you grow along the way.
As a team lead | After successfully completing an expanded interview process, you will be assigned to manage a team. But first, you will work in 1x1 sessions with an experienced team lead who will provide guidance in both technical and soft skills needed to address challenges. Once you're ready to take the wheel and confident in your abilities, you’ll take the lead.
We believe that to excel, you need not only hard work but also consistency. OrgOps will provide a schedule of your teams' daily, weekly, and monthly rituals, proven to help juniors grow into seniors. Additionally, you'll collaborate with your team, delivering a product as part of an ongoing sprint, with guidance from top talents in the field.
